Neil P. Goca III, CPA, joined Staff Ciampino & Company, P.C. in 1995 as the Tax Manager. Prior to joining the firm, Neil served as Tax Manager at The Ayco Company, a financial planning firm serving high-wealth individuals.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College, Loudonville, NY.
Neil also holds an Enrolled Agent (EA) license, awarded by the IRS to individuals with demonstrated expertise across all areas of taxation.

Neil’s primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and review of business and personal tax returns
  • Tax planning and compliance
  • Tax research and analysis
  • Internal staff training on tax issues
  • Technology support for the firm
